My Diet


                  I think my diet is very healthy. I eat a lot of vegetables and  fruits. I try not to eat too much meat and for breakfast I usually eat rice    porridge and at lunchtime I eat noodles. In the evening I eat some fruits and water. One thing I love is noodles and one thing I never eat is beef.
